âą Translate and edit member letters and other critical documents from English into Vietnamese âą Support an upcoming member communications project for a major healthcare insurance provider âą Ensure clear, culturally appropriate communication to help individuals understand and manage healthcare coverage âą Collaborate remotely with the AvantPage team on healthcare translation projects âą Meet PST work-hour requirements and handle same-day delivery requests as needed âą Use CAT tools (XTM preferred) and XTRF where applicable to maintain quality and consistency
đŻ Requirements
âą Native speaker of Vietnamese âą Proven experience in healthcare, health insurance, or medical translation âą Strong attention to detail âą Experience with CAT tools (XTM preferred) âą Experience with XTRF is a plus âą Availability to work during PST time âą Availability to work on same-day delivery projects âą ATA certification is a plus âą Experience working as a freelance translator or editor
