📋 Description

• Develop creative concepts and frameworks for ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, and emerging channels. • Own the performance creative roadmap: ideating new tests, formats, hooks, and messaging angles. • Translate insights about traveler behavior, booking motivations, and luxury positioning into compelling visual and copy directions. • Create clear, actionable creative briefs for designers, editors, and external partners. • Guide production of static, video, and UGC-style assets with a keen eye for visual excellence and brand consistency. • Identify opportunities for new asset types (property features, destination storytelling, lifestyle content, amenity-focused ads). • Review campaign performance to understand what’s resonating across audiences, placement, and formats. • Identify patterns and data-driven insights to steer creative iteration and testing priorities. • Maintain a library of best-performing creative and distill learnings into guidelines and playbooks. • Partner closely with the Paid Media Specialist to ensure creative strategy aligns with campaign goals and funnel stages. • Collaborate with brand, design, and content teams to ensure cohesion across marketing touchpoints. • Work with Revenue Management and Field Operations teams to understand top-performing destinations, seasonal trends, and unique property-selling points.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in performance creative, paid social strategy, or digital marketing roles blending creative and analytical work. • Proven experience developing high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms. • Strong understanding of creative best practices across ad formats (short-form video, statics, GIFs, influencer/UGC-style content). • Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable creative direction. • Experience working with or producing UGC creators and content studios. • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation methodology. • Experience in hospitality, travel, luxury brands, or lifestyle/eCommerce preferred. • Excellent communicator with the ability to craft clear briefs and give constructive creative feedback. • Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
