📋 Description

• Support critical production applications • Analyze and resolve P1/P2 incidents • Perform advanced troubleshooting and identify root causes • Implement emergency fixes and production deployments • Monitor applications and infrastructure • Participate in war rooms and crisis management • Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and business teams • Contribute to performance and stability improvements • Support technology modernization and architectural evolution • Document incidents and procedures • Provide technical mentoring to less experienced professionals • Support critical applications, focusing on high-severity incidents, SLAs, and the stability of enterprise services • Take responsibility for advanced troubleshooting, emergency fixes, continuous improvements, and technical support in distributed and legacy environments

🎯 Requirements

• Java 8+ backend development • Spring ecosystem: Boot, MVC, Data, and Security • Design patterns and best practices • Monolithic and microservices architectures • REST APIs and SOA • Messaging and enterprise integrations • IBM WebSphere and Oracle Service Bus • Oracle Database 12c and complex SQL queries • Batch processes, IBM DataStage, and CA Workload Automation • Troubleshooting and log analysis in Linux/Unix environments • Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, containers, and orchestration • Observability: Elastic Stack, Kibana, Grafana, and APM tools • Frontend development with Angular and Node.js • NGINX and Apache HTTP Server • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript • REST API consumption • Frontend troubleshooting in production • CI/CD, Git, and deployment pipelines • Incident and problem management • Monitoring, observability, and performance analysis • Experience with ITIL (a plus) • SLA- and KPI-driven work • Event-driven architecture (a plus) • Operational automation tools (a plus) • OpenShift and Docker (a plus) • Application security (a plus) • Disaster recovery experience (a plus) • Java, cloud, or Kubernetes certifications (a plus)
