📋 Description

• Lead automation strategies across the team • Mentor junior and mid-level QAs • Ensure automated tests are scalable and easy to maintain • Establish quality best practices • Write BDD scenarios with Gherkin/Cucumber as living documentation • Actively participate from the requirements refinement stage • Integrate test suites into Jenkins or GitHub Actions pipelines • Monitor and analyze code quality using SonarQube • Manage test cases within the Atlassian ecosystem using Jira, Confluence, and Xray • Execute performance and load tests with JMeter or K6

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in test automation using Java and Selenium • Expertise in designing modular automation frameworks • Advanced knowledge of design patterns applied to testing • Experience automating API and UI tests • Knowledge of performance and security testing • Strong command of Java, with a focus on object-oriented programming best practices • Solid experience with Selenium WebDriver and RestAssured for API testing • BDD with Gherkin/Cucumber • Active participation from the requirements refinement stage (Shift-Left culture) • Experience working with NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational (MySQL) databases for test data management • Knowledge of JSON and YAML • Git/GitHub/GitLab: Version control and branch management • CI/CD with Jenkins or GitHub Actions • Monitoring and analysis using SonarQube • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Xray • Experience with JMeter or K6
