📋 Description

• Lead automation strategies within the team • Mentor junior and mid-level QAs • Ensure automated tests are scalable and easy to maintain • Establish quality best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Established experience (+5 years) in test automation with Java and Selenium • Expertise in designing modular automation frameworks • Advanced knowledge of design patterns applied to testing • Experience automating API and UI tests • Knowledge of performance and security testing • Proficiency in Java (focus on OOP best practices) • Solid experience with Selenium WebDriver and RestAssured for API testing • BDD with Gherkin/Cucumber: focus on writing scenarios that serve as living documentation • Shift-left mindset: active participation from requirements refinement • Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational databases (MySQL) • Knowledge of data exchange formats: JSON and YAML • Git/GitHub/GitLab: version control and branch management • CI/CD: integrating test suites into Jenkins or GitHub Actions pipelines • Monitoring and analysis with SonarQube • Atlassian ecosystem: Jira, Confluence and Xray (Test Case Management) • Performance and load testing: JMeter or K6
