📋 Description

• Develop and execute a company-wide strategy and roadmap for business systems and analytics. • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT, ensuring alignment of systems with enterprise goals. • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement system and data initiatives. • Oversee architecture, administration, governance, optimization, and integration of NetSuite ERP and Microsoft Dynamics. • Manage vendor relationships and external partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of system enhancements. • Ensure system configurations meet evolving business needs and compliance requirements. • Lead the development and deployment of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. • Establish data governance standards and reporting pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage change across departments. • Direct business analytics and systems projects from concept to implementation. • Oversee user training programs and documentation for systems and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related field preferred. • 7–10 years of experience in business systems management, analytics, or related fields is required. • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide ERP and BI initiatives is required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, SQL, and project management (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and AI tools.
