• Responsible for realisation of complex customised solutions • Organise project kick-off and communicate objectives • Develop project plans and establish milestones • Monitor execution of tasks and compliance of the budget • Ensure high quality standards of project deliverables • Manage stakeholder expectations and lead meetings
• Master’s degree • At least 7 years of experience as Project Manager • 10–15 years of professional experience overall • Proven experience in intralogistics or complex industrial project environments • Fluent in English and Polish • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Familiar with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK) • SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus • Willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%)
