• Design and support the creation of engaging sales enablement content (presentations, job aids, playbooks, microlearning videos, etc.) • Refresh existing materials to make them more interactive, visually engaging, and aligned to brand • Administer LMS, including user accounts, roles, and content/course uploads • Serve as first-line support for platform users, managing helpdesk tickets and escalating when needed • Support content lifecycle management, including course publishing, tagging, and archiving • Track and report on key adoption metrics (e.g., usage, learner progress) that informs program effectiveness • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support enablement initiatives
• Previous experience supporting LMS or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Docebo) • Strong content creation skills (PowerPoint, narrative structuring, microlearning videos) • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree • 3+ years of relevant work experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to work independently and self-directed • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, MS Project, database applications) • Strong attention to detail and practical judgment • Strong English skills (oral and written)
