📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership • Provide data-driven insights, forecasting, planning, and operational support • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams • Transform sales and financial data into actionable insights and recommendations • Develop sales forecasts and performance analyses • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics • Support strategic planning, territory planning, and resource allocation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, FP&A, Business Analytics, or related functions • Experience with forecasting, sales performance management, and KPI reporting. • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools • Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
