📋 Description
• Ensure invoices sent to payers are processed and settled efficiently • Manage accounts, research denials, and convert them with compassion and efficiency • Support the ability to consistently deliver compassionate, committed care for medically fragile patients
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Medical Insurance Collections (healthcare, medical office, or customer service environment) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) • High-school diploma or GED
