📋 Description
• Initiate outbound telephone contact with customers and prospects • Present publishing and professional information products and services • Conduct active needs assessments and manage calls professionally • Follow up on leads and sales opportunities • Document customer contacts and outcomes in the CRM system • Utilize modern systems, tools, and knowledge databases
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent German language skills (C2 level), both written and spoken • Some experience in telephone sales, outbound sales, or customer service—experience in a contact-center environment is an advantage • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for active selling • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work reliably and independently in a freelance model • Confident use of common CRM and telephony tools or a high technical affinity • Stable internet connection and a quiet home-office workspace
