📋 Description

• Call existing customers with an outstanding loan balance • Introduce an insurance product designed to cover remaining debt under policy-defined circumstances • Contact existing B2C customers by phone and explain the insurance offer clearly and accurately • Understand each customer’s situation and discuss whether the product meets their needs • Explain relevant benefits, costs, conditions and exclusions • Document conversations and outcomes according to project requirements • Follow applicable rules for insurance distribution, customer consent and data protection

🎯 Requirements

• fluent in Swedish and good working English • good working knowledge of MS Office • Experience in outbound sales, banking or insurance • The qualifications required to offer and arrange insurance for customers in the Swedish market • You can provide evidence of your training, experience and any registration or authorisation required for your role • A responsible, customer-focused approach to sales • confident and professional on the phone • Own hardware: laptop or PC with monitor • Internet bandwidth of more than 50.000 Mbit/s
