• Take full ownership of the entire B2B sales process — from initial contact through contract signature • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales experience and successful implementation • Qualify leads, advise prospective customers, and convert them into long-term, satisfied partners • Develop tailored proposals that align customer needs with Avelios’ business objectives • Create and refine sales strategies, presentations, and market analyses to expand the pipeline • Build and maintain a strong network within the healthcare and hospital ecosystem • Track and report key sales KPIs to continuously improve forecasting and sales processes • Serve as a trusted point of contact for prospects and customers, communicating product value clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Degree in business, engineering, medicine, or a comparable field • Strong experience in B2B software sales — ideally within healthcare or hospital environments • Proven track record of acquiring new customers and delivering measurable commercial impact • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills across different audiences • Strong interest in digital health and a solid technical understanding of software products • Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution skills • Independent, hands-on working style with enthusiasm for driving customer success • Fluent German and very good English skills
