• Responsible for sales and revenue growth for roofing system components in southern and eastern Germany • Acquisition of new customers from specialist retailers, roofing system providers and construction companies • Maintenance and expansion of the existing customer network • Conduct regular meetings with major/key accounts • Regular customer and project site visits • Build long-term relationships with roofing contractors, distributors, system providers, architects, consultants and key project stakeholders • Provide technical advice to deliver solutions for specific roofing applications and project requirements • Develop and place product specifications in collaboration with architects, planners and engineering firms • Prepare proposals, including negotiation, pricing policy and delivery terms • Manage the entire customer portfolio in coordination with the internal sales department • Build and monitor a structured sales forecast and opportunity pipeline • Design and implement the annual marketing and sales plan • Ensure smooth order processing through close coordination with relevant internal departments • Conduct market research and analysis (competitive analysis, pricing trends and market dynamics) • Provide structured market feedback to support product development and positioning • Identify new market opportunities, application areas and customer segments • Take on project management tasks in coordination with marketing
• University degree (e.g., Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of professional experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on roofing • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships • Knowledge and experience with flat roof systems and specifications is an advantage • Business-fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
