📋 Description

• You lead (sub-)projects and take responsibility for work packages • You analyze and optimize business models, processes, and cost structures • You develop practical, data-driven concepts for top management and executives • You work directly with clients on-site — in Germany, across Europe, and internationally • You progressively take on project leadership and client responsibility • You coordinate and mentor (junior) consultants within projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Master’s degree in engineering sciences, e.g., Industrial Engineering or a comparable program at a technical university • Several years of relevant professional experience (at least 2–3 years), preferably in consulting and demanding project assignments • Excellent German and English skills (C1/C2 level) • Strong analytical skills and technical understanding • Leadership mindset: willingness and ability to take responsibility for projects, clients, and team members • Flexibility, self-initiation, and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork
