📋 Description

• Manage, maintain and support Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, MDM, MAM, compliance policies, configuration profiles and application deployment. • Manage, maintain and support Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, BitLocker, and endpoint provisioning. • Design, implement and maintain secure endpoint management and identity solutions following Microsoft security best practices. • Manage, maintain and support Microsoft Entra ID, including user lifecycle management, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), identity governance and hybrid identity services. • Manage, maintain and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 Apps. • Manage, maintain and support Microsoft Defender technologies including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365 and Microsoft Defender XDR. • Develop, maintain and optimize PowerShell automation and Microsoft Graph API integrations. • Provide technical leadership and second-level support for complex Microsoft client platform incidents and service requests. • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to identity services, endpoint management, Microsoft 365 services, authentication, device compliance and security. • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Networking and Service Desk teams. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, standards and best practices. • Participate in platform upgrades, migrations, new technology implementations and continuous service improvement initiatives. • Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing and platform resilience activities. • Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies, cloud services and security trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management. • Strong experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and Privileged Identity Management (PIM). • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive. • Experience managing Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business and endpoint security technologies. • Strong understanding of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft security best practices. • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. • Experience with Microsoft Graph API is considered an advantage. • Good understanding of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Group Policy, DNS and hybrid identity. • Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Managed Google Play and cross-platform endpoint management is considered an advantage. • Strong understanding of Zero Trust security principles and identity-driven security. • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
