📋 Description

• Analyze requirements and design scalable backend solutions aligned with business needs and architectural guidelines • Develop, maintain, and evolve microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs • Write clean, maintainable code using SOLID principles, Clean Code practices, and design patterns • Ensure software quality through unit testing, code reviews, and performance optimization • Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents in production environments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support • Contribute to scalable, high-performance microservices and modernization of digital platform solutions in the banking sector

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in Java Backend development • Java 8, Java 21, or higher • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot 2.x/3.x, Spring Web, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security • Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and REST API design/implementation • Proficiency with Git, GitFlow, branching strategies, hotfixes, and Maven • Experience writing unit tests using JUnit and Mockito • Experience with relational and non-relational databases • Nice-to-have: event-driven architecture and Apache Kafka or IBM MQ • Nice-to-have: SOAP, OpenAPI/Swagger, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Loki, AppDynamics, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, cloud environments, AI-assisted tools, and Prompt Engineering
