📋 Description

• Develop and implement machine learning and advanced analytics models using Python, PySpark, and SQL • Apply supervised and unsupervised learning and statistical modeling techniques to large-scale transactional and behavioral datasets • Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to identify patterns and generate actionable insights • Validate, monitor, and improve model performance, including applying model explainability techniques such as SHAP • Work with cloud-based data platforms, including Databricks and Azure, to develop and operationalize analytical solutions • Collaborate with data engineers and software engineering teams to ensure scalable and reliable data and ML solutions • Translate complex analytical results into clear, business-relevant insights and recommendations • Support analytics initiatives in regulated environments, including financial services and AML/KYC use cases • Communicate findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning or advanced analytics • Strong experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, statistical modeling and data analysis • Experience working with large-scale transactional or behavioral datasets • Strong programming skills in Python, including PySpark and ML libraries, and SQL • Experience with model validation, monitoring, and explainability techniques such as SHAP • Understanding of data engineering concepts and collaboration with engineering teams • Familiarity with regulated environments such as financial services and AML/KYC is a strong advantage • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks and Azure • Ability to translate complex analytics into business-relevant insights • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage
