📋 Description

• Build and maintain backend services in C#/.NET within a distributed/microservices architecture • Deliver features end-to-end: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring • Write clean, testable code and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, E2E; NUnit/xUnit; Playwright where needed) • Collaborate with architects, product, QA, and DevOps; participate in architecture/design reviews and propose improvements • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement fixes; monitor systems • Use CI/CD and deployment tools to automate builds and releases • Mentor teammates, give constructive feedback, and improve team practices • Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders while meeting sprint commitments.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-7+ years in software engineering with strong object‑oriented design skills • Proficient in C# and modern .NET practices • Proven background in distributed/microservices architectures and end‑to‑end flows • Skilled with SQL Server and performant data modeling • Track record of writing unit and integration tests (NUnit, xUnit) • Hands‑on with AWS and cloud‑native patterns • Familiar with CI/CD and release automation (TeamCity, Octopus) • Knowledgeable about monitoring/logging tools (Datadog, Sumo Logic) • Strong problem‑solving, technical judgment, and clear communication • English: Upper‑intermediate or higher. • Nice-to-have skills: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or streaming platforms; Familiarity with security best practices, identity/authentication frameworks, and data privacy regulations.
