📋 Description

• Plan and execute releases using a release-by-feature strategy • Facilitate Scrum/Kanban ceremonies • Manage and prioritize backlog • Coordinate dependencies and scale governance/compliance checks • Liaise between delivery team and business stakeholders • Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in release management • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Ability to plan and execute releases • Experience in backlog prioritization • Strong communication skills • Proactive approach to removing impediments
