📋 Description
• Contribute to the quality strategy of a modern software product • Design and maintain scalable test automation solutions • Improve QA processes and ensure high standards across the application stack • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives • Support the delivery of reliable, user-focused solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience in test automation and quality engineering • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset • Fluent English (spoken and written) • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies • Experience building and maintaining scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks • Solid understanding of API, database, and UI testing • Ability to review requirements and technical designs and identify potential risks, gaps, and edge cases • Curiosity, willingness to challenge assumptions, and confidence to raise concerns • Ability to receive feedback constructively and continuously improve ways of working • Interest in leveraging AI technologies to enhance daily QA activities and testing processes • Nice-to-have: Polish language skills, experience with AI-powered products, familiarity with Agile environments
