📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of our unified design system • Ensure design decisions are scalable and aligned with business goals • Conduct regular design reviews to enforce standards • Translate business goals into user-centered design solutions • Partner with Product and Engineering to align on priorities • Advocate for accessibility, performance, and usability best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design • At least 2+ years of experience contributing to or leading a design system • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including deep knowledge of component systems • Proven track record of delivering responsive, cross-platform experiences • Strong understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS) • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work
