📋 Description
• Support the day-to-day performance and continuous improvement of ecommerce brands • Execute CRM activity and maintain Shopify stores • Deliver accurate ecommerce reporting • Monitor website performance and customer behavior for optimisation opportunities • Coordinate with external agencies for day-to-day activities
🎯 Requirements
• Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email service provider • Working knowledge of Shopify • Strong analytical skills • Familiarity with ecommerce analytics and behavioral tools • Understanding of ecommerce optimisation principles • Experience supporting subscription models or loyalty programmes is a plus • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
