⢠Nurture, cross-sell and upsell existing Partners in Poland and Eastern Europe ⢠Proactively source new Partners and work with Distributors ⢠Collaborate with cross-functional team members in different territories to execute sales plays and strong build local relationships to drive results ⢠Partner Sourced Revenue Target Achievement
⢠4+ years previous partner management experience in the SaaS hemisphere, ideally with focus on MSPs ⢠3+ years of previous solution sales experience ⢠BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field ⢠Proven track record of exceeding business development, partner recruitment, and revenue generation targets. ⢠Expertise in end-to-end partner enablement and go-to-market execution. ⢠Strong ability to create and present quantified business cases with partners, building mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships. ⢠Effective multitasking and prioritization skills ⢠Exceptional communication and listening skills to articulate company vision, product changes, and adapting to new strategies - must be business fluent in Polish & English ⢠Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills ⢠Entrepreneurial mindset and detail oriented ⢠Willingness to learn
