📋 Description

• Nurture, cross-sell and upsell existing Partners in Poland and Eastern Europe • Proactively source new Partners and work with Distributors • Collaborate with cross-functional team members in different territories to execute sales plays and strong build local relationships to drive results • Partner Sourced Revenue Target Achievement

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years previous partner management experience in the SaaS hemisphere, ideally with focus on MSPs • 3+ years of previous solution sales experience • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field • Proven track record of exceeding business development, partner recruitment, and revenue generation targets. • Expertise in end-to-end partner enablement and go-to-market execution. • Strong ability to create and present quantified business cases with partners, building mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships. • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills • Exceptional communication and listening skills to articulate company vision, product changes, and adapting to new strategies - must be business fluent in Polish & English • Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills • Entrepreneurial mindset and detail oriented • Willingness to learn
