• Perform strategic sourcing, contract management, performance management, and relationship management for Avery Dennison’s Global IT Sourcing and Vendor Management • Manage assigned portfolio and the full lifecycle of IT services purchasing from initial concept/planning and vendor selection to contract closeout and vendor off-boarding • Support Vendor Management Office (VMO) objectives and enable consistent vendor management practices, governance, and scorecarding • Partner with Avery Dennison stakeholders globally and work cross-functionally and cross-regionally with operational teams • Create and deliver global IT sourcing strategies including market analysis/benchmarking, RFx, vendor evaluation/selection, cost forecasts, and negotiation strategy • Lead contract development, negotiate contracts, draft commercial terms, manage contract approvals, and create/approve order documentation (SOWs, POs, Requisitions) • Facilitate post-execution contract management: maintain contract system of record, provide renewal/obligation notifications, analyze problems, and help resolve disputes • Provide administrative support such as tracking, reporting, data entry, scheduling to support ITSVM and sourcing lifecycle • Provide guidance to less experienced team members and contribute to operational improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or technology; MBA or JD preferred • Minimum of 6 years' experience in global IT sourcing, vendor management, and strategic procurement • Proven expertise in supply chain management, category management, and strategic sourcing • Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, drafting, and management • Proficiency in sourcing, asset, and contract management tools and practices • Excellent project and process management skills; ability to handle multiple vendors and projects simultaneously • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to create and deliver high-impact presentations • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels • In-depth understanding of enterprise IT and indirect categories such as HR & Benefits, Finance, Legal, Risk, M&A, Tax, Communications, Treasury, and Contingent Labour • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights • Strong business acumen and understanding of international business practices and regulations • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements through strategic sourcing initiatives • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10% of the time)
