📋 Description

• Support Retailer- and CPG-funded Shopper Marketing initiatives using Avery Dennison's proprietary shelfAdz® media solution • Independently manage assigned duties for one or more client accounts and areas of focus • Work with cross-functional sales, client service, programming, IT, creative, delivery, and production teams • Build strong relationships with process owners across client and Avery Dennison functional areas • Plan, organize, and manage project timelines through completion • Communicate clear and realistic expectations to internal and external cross-functional team members • Ensure error-free deliverables and exceptional client experiences • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide day-to-day client relationship management • Resolve client and internal partner questions or issues • Evaluate when to escalate concerns and recommend resolutions to Senior Sales Support and Sales Operations management • Identify process inefficiencies or inaccuracies and measure performance against process requirements, service level agreements, and quality goals • Provide best-practice recommendations and identify process improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent related business experience and/or training required in lieu of a degree • 2–3 years of related business experience preferred • Previous media/retail promotions industry experience is a plus • Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills • Ability to present information effectively to clients, employees, and management • Ability to work independently with analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to maintain high organization with minimal supervision in a remote work environment • High service-level orientation and outstanding attention to detail • Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines under pressure • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • CRM experience is a plus • Final candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and drug screening
