• Customer Factory Industrial Engineering Manager is an expert level, hands-on role with the primary purpose to optimize value delivery to customers • Support the definition of value propositions associated with Embelex solutions for factory customers and quantify associated performance metrics for value delivery and total cost of application • Understand and define the value drivers for specific solution applications, including critical to quality attributes, process lead time, productivity, sustainability and waste minimization • Support the ideation, development, deployment, and optimization stages of embellishments applications and solutions • Proactively collaborate with factory customers, product and solutions development, factory sales, technical sales, embellishments applications engineering, and manufacturing 4.0 as required • Support the improvement and standardization of Embelex applications and automation solutions at the customer factory • Supporting training development and delivery for customers • Ensure ongoing technology scouting and operational benchmarking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or commensurate training and work experience • Minimum 5 years work experience - in garment manufacturing operations with demonstrated engineering for application of technologies, operational process improvement, and problem solving
