📋 Description

• Install advanced systems and equipment, ensure configuration, calibration, and operational readiness • Collaborate with PM, sales, and onboarding teams to develop customized solutions and provide client trainings • Diagnose and troubleshoot critical or highly technical equipment failures; resolve escalated customer issues • Use data analytics, predictive maintenance, and remote monitoring tools to provide proactive maintenance and performance optimization • Conduct site surveys and audits; recommend upgrades, repairs, or improvements • Use remote monitoring, omnichannel apps, and AI-based generated video to provide real-time assistance and integrate digital tools • Establish and maintain customer relationships; manage expectations and provide technical recommendations • Lead process improvements, contribute to knowledge bases and SOPs, ensure health, safety, compliance, and maintain service documentation and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• High knowledge and understanding on mechanical, electrical, on both Hardware and software systems used in the apparel industry such as Thermal Printing, RFID technology, Applications and other Automated Mid Size Industrial machineries with PLCs and/or IoT • Expertise in advanced troubleshooting techniques, both on-site and remotely, leveraging digital tools and data driven processes • Experience with remote support technologies, such as video assistance, AI Video, and other remote troubleshooting tools • Experience with complex systems and cutting-edge technologies (e.g., RPA, IoT, Service Ma) is a plus • Fluent in English both verbal and written • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to analyze large sets of data from Ticketing systems and other digital tools • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical or a related field, or equivalent technical certification/experience • Minimum of 2 years experience in the Field Service industry
