• Lead on-site installations and integration of apparel customization and marking systems, ensuring proper configuration • Act as technical escalation point for critical equipment failures; perform diagnostics in person and remotely (including video assistance) • Perform predictive and preventative maintenance by analyzing system data to optimize performance and prevent failures • Provide real-time remote assistance via phone and video and build strong customer relationships as a technical advisor • Travel to customer sites (up to 75%) and support East Coast customer base
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience • Minimum of 2 years experience in the Field Service industry • Must reside on the West Coast and be located near a major airport for easy travel • Hands-on experience with equipment used in the apparel industry (thermal printing, embroidery machines, heat presses) • Proven ability to perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostics • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (110V and 220V) • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical details to a non-technical audience • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
