📋 Description

• Drive successful planning and execution of platform solutions for clients. • Oversee strategy for moving the business toward AI adoption and a mature DevOps process. • Manage intake, assessment, and planning of cloud, platform, and data engineering projects. • Lead and mentor a team of Engineering Project Leads. • Oversee intake of requests from product management and other stakeholders. • Assist the Engineering Leadership Team with assessing product and client needs and technical feasibility. • Develop prioritization processes with Product Owners. • Lead comprehensive project plans covering scope, resources, timelines, and budget estimates. • Collaborate with clients, internal IT teams, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment. • Apply Agile and DevOps best practices to improve project management processes. • Evaluate opportunities for AI adoption and increased efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or related field; 6+ years of related Information Technology project management experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile. • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. • Prior experience as a people manager, with ability to coach, mentor, lead change, and collaborate with diverse personalities and competing agendas. • Experience with project management tools for project tracking and resource scheduling. • Demonstrated track record of successful project management and change management initiatives. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including regular stakeholder status updates and prompt issue escalation. • Strong teamwork skills and ability to prioritize requests in a high-velocity environment with limited knowledge or resource availability. • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
