• Drive top-line growth and develop new business opportunities using Avery Dennison RFID solutions and products • Work with Sales, Product Development, and Innovations teams to identify and evaluate opportunities that convert into new or incremental sales • Identify, assess, develop, and manage new programs and business opportunities through commercialization • Partner with stakeholders to develop market-right products, support materials, and pricing recommendations across RFID, NFC, and consumer experience solutions • Identify prospective customers’ unmet needs and present compelling solutions • Determine solutions for complex customer needs • Initiate, determine, and present ROI business case analysis • Monitor industry trends through trade shows, events, market insights, and global branding trends • Surface new ideas, product applications, and solutions to development teams • Communicate key value propositions and differentiators to customers • Craft customized go-to-market strategies for regions and individual customers • Develop long-term business opportunities and identify quick-hit project opportunities • Support Marketing with forecasting for products and programs • Develop and maintain relationships with customer business partners • Collaborate with business units to evaluate volume, identify trends, and ensure quality • Establish pricing programs and strategies • Secure optimum product positioning within target accounts
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field is required • Master’s Degree is strongly preferred • Deep knowledge and experience in Market Development, Business Development, or sales, with extensive expertise in the RFID industry • Deep knowledge of the retail apparel industry and general merchandise market • Ability to develop go-to-market strategy and execute activities • 5-10+ years of experience in business development or sales, with expertise in the RFID industry • Deep understanding of RFID labels manufacturing and solution implementations • Detail oriented, with project management and communication skills • Strong influencing and storytelling skills • Ability to champion projects cross-functionally and vertically • Solid understanding of finance and ROI analysis • Demonstrated track record in developing and executing new business opportunities • Excellent interpersonal, written communications, and organizational skills • Business fluent in French • Ability to travel frequently, 50%+
