• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, variance analysis, and insights on key performance drivers • Engage with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and HR teams to support decision-making • Assess site-level performance, highlight risks/opportunities, and engage sites on variance analysis • Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and rolling outlooks, ensuring cross-functional alignment • Build financial models, conduct scenario analysis, and provide ad-hoc decision support • Contribute to efficiency in reporting, forecasting, and planning processes
• Fluent English • CA / ACCA / CPA / CFA qualified with 4+ years of post-qualification experience • Prior FP&A experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Oracle, Power BI or similar reporting tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
