• Perform a combination of strategic sourcing, contract management, performance management, and relationship management functions for the Global IT Sourcing and Vendor Management team • Manage assigned portfolio, full lifecycle of all associated IT Services purchasing • Support Vendor Management Office objectives • Be known as a subject matter expert, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as vendors • Create and deliver high-value Global IT sourcing strategies • Lead contract development and negotiations • Manage communications with vendors, stakeholders, internal reviewers, and finance teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or technology • Minimum of 6 years' experience in global IT sourcing, vendor management, and strategic procurement • Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, drafting, and management • Proficiency in sourcing, asset, and contract management tools and practices • Excellent project and process management skills, with the ability to handle multiple vendors and projects simultaneously • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver high-impact presentations • Strong business acumen and understanding of international business practices and regulations • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10% of the time)
