📋 Description

• Partner with European site leaders to turn operational bottlenecks into data-driven improvement projects • Use historical, real-time, and predictive analytics • Identify, prototype, and deploy LLM and Generative AI solutions for business processes • Automate standard reporting, query maintenance logs, summarize unstructured operational data, and build internal productivity copilots • Transform manual Managing Daily Improvement processes into standardized digital workflows • Build prototypes that scale into enterprise IT solutions • Translate business needs and process improvement ideas into IT specifications and data architectures • Design and deliver gamified, interactive training on business intelligence tools and AI capabilities • Host hackathons, lunch-and-learns, and interactive workshops • Develop and facilitate a collaborative knowledge platform for key users across Europe • Serve as a subject matter expert connecting local site needs with central business intelligence strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within manufacturing, supply chain, or operations • Proven experience building intuitive dashboards with modern BI tools, ideally IBM Cognos Analytics, Oracle Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) • Hands-on experience with Google AppSheet for low-code/no-code mobile app development and workflow creation • Practical understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, or LLM APIs • Solid foundation in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies • Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly desirable • Experience with Python, R, Java, or Google Apps Script is a major plus • Genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and facilitating workshops • Strong project management skills and ability to influence, motivate, and guide teams through digital transformation • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different sites and stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; English is mandatory • Fluency in French or German is a distinct advantage • Willingness to travel periodically to European sites • University degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
