• Process Total Rewards inquiries and workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Provide foundational support and training to Tier 1 GWO on compensation fundamentals. • Support the implementation and administration of recognition, rewards, and incentive programs. • Manage and audit HRIS workflows, ensuring data handling and system integrity. • Provide end-user support for tools like ServiceNow and Oracle’s HR Compensation module. • Participate in data collection for market surveys and special projects as directed. • Deliver exceptional service by guiding employees and HR partners on routine Total Rewards policies.
• 3+ years of experience in HR or Total Rewards • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Familiarity with compensation administration, payroll/benefits administration, and general HR processes • Experience with Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and ADP • Strong English written and verbal communication skills • A proactive, adaptable approach to process execution and service delivery. • Previous support of US based teams/ organizations preferred
