📋 Description

• Critical role in the success of the agency • Drive intricate eCommerce strategies • Showcase deep understanding of technical aspects such as third-party integrations and migrations • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams • Ensure successful launches of Shopify Plus websites for various brands • Strong project management skills and solid grasp of Shopify's capabilities • Navigate complexities and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' goals effectively • Client onboarding, relationship management, production plan scoping & management • Strong understanding of Ecommerce, Retention, CRO, and UX best practices • In-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus capabilities • Manage client budget and track workload and time of strategists, designers, solutions, and developers

• Passionate about eCommerce, technology and/or design • Hold yourself and others accountable • Competitive and love winning as a team • High standards and expect the same from your team • Understand we're a growing company and everyone wears multiple hats • Understand there will be “easy weeks” and “busy weeks” where help is needed • Work autonomously without micromanagement • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Solutions Architect/Engineer, or Technical Lead with focus on eCommerce platforms, preferably in retail or consumer-facing industry • Experience with Shopify required • Experience with Magento, Salesforce and/or custom platform migrations preferred • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration (focus on eCommerce or digital marketing), or related discipline • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environment
