📋 Description

• Receive day old chicks and monitor environmental conditions and quality • Verify shipment documents, product quantity, and flight details • Inspect chick condition upon arrival, including various quality metrics • Handle emergencies like delayed flights and missing shipments • Provide delivery reports and ensure compliance with animal welfare requirements • Assist with technical issues during delivery and brooding period • Learn technical best practices and assist with translation of materials

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate Agricultural / Rural degree in poultry or animal science • Minimum of 3 years of relevant farm operational management experience in poultry industry • Communication skills in English and local language • Problem solving skills for product performance improvement • Time management, negotiation, conflict management • Able to work flexible hours and travel as needed • Computer skills including spread sheeting and data collection
