Avicado serves institutional and commercial owners across sectors such as commercial, data centers, education, government, healthcare, manufacturing, power/energy, transportation, and water/wastewater, and works with tools like Procore, Trimble, and Autodesk to optimize capital programs and project controls.

📋 Description

• Partner with the client’s Program Manager lead and cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, IT, and Capital Planning • Identify stakeholders and gather requirements • Facilitate workshops and interviews to surface pain points and align on goals • Capture stakeholder needs and translate them into clear, actionable business requirements • Support build-versus-buy analysis by evaluating functional needs, vendor solutions, and internal capabilities • Produce structured documentation to enable data-driven decisions and support vendor evaluations or internal build options • Produce Business Requirements Documents defining current- versus future-state workflows and system expectations • Create requirements for integrations between two or more systems • Enable clients’ digital transformation and enterprise effectiveness by managing executive relationships, overseeing strategic programs, and shaping technology-driven roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ Project Management experience in Trimble (formerly e-Builder) • 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise or global clients, focused on process design, improvement, and data-driven decision-making • Proven ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and translate business needs into actionable insights and requirements • Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and business process analysis skills • Ability to distill complex information into clear, strategic recommendations • Track record of delivering analytical solutions and driving business outcomes across technology and operational functions • Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Google Suite • Experience with BI/reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar • Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated experience managing upward • Preferred: Experience in the construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management • Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, data center, airport, or similarly complex operational environments • Preferred: Familiarity with Procore, e-Builder, or other capital planning tools • Preferred: Experience in the technology industry involving software implementations, administration, or optimization • Preferred: Experience with construction project management systems such as Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, or Newforma
