• Drive the roadmap for Business Intelligence, data governance, and systems integration • Ensure our technology platforms support scalable processes, actionable dashboards, and strategic insights while maintaining security, compliance, and reliability • Lead the company's evolution toward a more connected, insight-driven enterprise
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred) • 10+ years of progressive leadership in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and/or Systems Integration, including at least 5 years at the Manager level or above • Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade data and analytics solutions and driving system transformations in a growing organization • Strong expertise in: Cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse • Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Qlik) • ERP/CRM configuration and integration (Epicor, Salesforce, or similar) • API development, orchestration, and integration patterns • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights • Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks
