📋 Description
• Coaching et management : accompagner et faire progresser les consultants • Avant-vente et stratégie : contribuer aux propositions commerciales et influencer les décisions • Expertise technique : intervenir sur des problématiques SIG complexes (ArcGIS, FME, modèles de données, automatisation Python) • Pilotage de projets : gérer des projets SIG de A à Z dans un cadre agile
🎯 Requirements
• Bac+5 en informatique ou géomatique • Certifications FME et/ou ArcGIS indispensable • 8+ ans d’expérience en consulting SIG • Maîtrise des solutions Esri, bases de données (SQL Server, Oracle) • Compétences en automatisation Python et méthodologies Agile/Scrum • Excellente communication, posture conseil, expérience en coaching • Français & anglais courants (lu, écrit et parlé)
