📋 Description

• Conduct needs assessments and gather business requirements from utility stakeholders • Develop strategies and recommendations for GIS optimization and adoption • Assist with planning and implementation of solutions and services in Esri environment • Collaborate with customers, sales team, project managers, technical resources, and partners • Develop and document operational procedures, best practices, and standard operating processes • Assist with preparing training materials and delivering hands-on training • Support proposal writing, RFP responses, and client presentations • Identify opportunities for additional consulting services within existing accounts • Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to self-organize, track progress, and update status of projects

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Utility Network implementations • Understanding of configurations and/or customizations to meet business requirements • Hands-on technical experience preferred • Knowledge of Esri ArcGIS products • Experience and certification in Esri Utility Network • Experience in project management • Ability to translate customer requirements into technology solutions using Esri platform • Understanding of packaging and promoting builds across environments • Troubleshooting issues and making recommendation • Conceptual understanding of multi-tiered system architectures • Four-year university/college degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, GIS, Geography, or related field or equivalent skills and experience • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
