• Manage and advise a client portfolio as a trusted advisor • Acquire new customers and win back lapsed accounts • Own the sales process from lead generation through contract signing • Present products via phone and video calls • Maintain and analyze long-term customer relationships
• Degree or vocational training in Business Administration/Economics or a comparable qualification • At least 2 years of experience in account management, ideally in inside sales • Experience in new business development and managing existing accounts • Customer-oriented, reliable, well organized, and self-motivated • Fluent German, spoken and written • Confident user of MS Office applications
