📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (email, phone, chat). • Quickly resolve technical and functional issues. • Provide proactive follow-up on customer requests until resolution. • Guide new customers through the configuration and integration process for our products. • Clearly explain product features and deliver personalized demonstrations tailored to customer needs. • Collect and share customer feedback with product teams to contribute to continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• A positive, dynamic attitude. • Strong communication skills (verbal and written). • Attentive listening and observational skills. • Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and solution-finding. • Bilingual (FR/NL) REQUIRED. • Proficiency with computer tools (knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, etc.).
