📋 Description
• Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung aller abrechnungsrelevanten Daten (Ein- und Austritte, Vertragsänderungen, Boni, Abwesenheiten) • Pflege der Mitarbeiterstammdaten in HR-Systemen wie Workday • Enge Abstimmung mit dem Payroll-Dienstleister für eine korrekte und fristgerechte Gehaltsabrechnung • Übernahme von HR-Administration (Zeugniserstellung, Schriftverkehr mit Behörden, Vertragsunterlagen) • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports für HR- und Finance-Team • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen im Bereich Payroll • First-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende bei Fragen zur Gehaltsabrechnung • Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen • Teil des lokalen People & Organisation-Teams, Reporting an Senior HR Country Manager
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der vorbereitenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung • Gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) • Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen von Vorteil (z. B. Workday) • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an Teamarbeit • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
