• You prepare all payroll-relevant data — from hires and terminations to contract changes, bonuses and absences • You keep our employee master data in HR systems such as Workday up to date at all times • In close coordination, you ensure accurate and timely payroll processing • You handle HR administration, e.g. issuing references, correspondence with authorities, contract documentation, etc. • You create analyses and reports for our HR and Finance teams • You support month-end and year-end payroll closing activities • You act as the point of contact for employees with questions about payroll • You actively contribute to HR projects and process optimizations
• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in preparatory payroll processing • Good knowledge of German labor, tax and social security law • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HR systems is an advantage • Careful, structured and reliable way of working • Service-oriented with a strong team spirit • Very good German and English skills
