📋 Description

• Ownership: You prepare all payroll-relevant data — from new hires and terminations to contract changes, bonuses, and absences. • System maintenance: You keep our employee master data in HR systems such as Workday up to date at all times. • Collaboration with the payroll provider: In close coordination, you ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. • Collaboration with our HR Advisors: You take on HR administration tasks, such as preparing employment references, correspondence with authorities, contract documentation, etc. • Reporting: You prepare analyses and reports for our HR and Finance teams. • Closing tasks: You support monthly and annual payroll closing activities. • First-level support: You are the point of contact for employees with questions about their payroll. • Contribution: You actively participate in HR projects and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field or an equivalent qualification. • Several years of experience in preparatory payroll processing. • Good knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security law. • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HR systems is an advantage. • Careful, structured, and reliable working style. • Service-oriented and enjoys working in a team. • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken).
