📋 Description

• Join AVIXA as a dynamic IT Business Analyst, leveraging expertise in business analysis, process design, project delivery, and data-driven solutions • Collaborate across business and technical teams to define, deliver, and validate results • Ensure quality and continuity in service delivery by applying ITIL practices and robust QA/testing methodologies • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with developers, testers, and system administrators to ensure solution quality • Define QA and test strategies, develop test cases, and oversee UAT to validate business requirements • Lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience • Expertise in business analytics, including dashboards, data modeling, and governance • Ability to map and engineer business processes, conducting gap analysis and designing decision/data flows and architecture diagrams • Implement ITIL best practices for IT service management, including incident, change, and problem management • Execute quality assurance and software testing practices • Coordinate project activities and timelines across cross-functional teams • Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint) • Strong time management skills • Certifications like PRINCE2, ITIL, Six Sigma, or Salesforce Admin are a plus
