• Perform legal analysis of insurance claims and identify opportunities for credit recovery from third parties, policyholders, or responsible parties; • Conduct direct negotiations, structuring agreements that make sense for the business; • Review documents, expert reports, contracts, and policies to strengthen recovery strategies; • Monitor administrative and judicial proceedings related to reimbursements; • Work in partnership with Claims, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure the best handling of cases;
• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Knowledge of subrogation and claims recovery, collateral management, contracts, credit instruments, and judicial and extrajudicial recovery; • Strong analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with different profiles; • Proactivity, ownership mentality, and a genuine desire to improve processes; • Intermediate or advanced Spanish (advantageous);
