• Responsible for the implementation of new payrolls onto Local Payroll Engine and platform • Ensure accuracy of payroll and payroll-related information for internal & SSAE 16 audits • Partner with German Implementation Team and Support Team of Local Payroll Engine • Assist in the validation of payroll requirements for successful set-up and configuration • Meet with customers remotely to discuss requirements and implementation questions • Ensure successful knowledge transfers between Project Delivery and Payroll Operations • Establish, update and maintain payroll records • Research discrepancies of payroll information to ensure accuracy • Reconcile pre-processing reports for accuracy of information • Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience with end to end German payroll processing • Experience with Germany Implementations would be a benefit • Good knowledge of German payroll legislation and monthly operational processes • Strong user knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel and Word) • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines • Forward thinking, ability to plan and organize own workload • Self-advancement skills to develop own effectiveness • To be a team player with ability to share information and interact positively with others
