📋 Description
• As the Head of SEO, you will play a critical role in driving organic growth, improving search engine visibility, and increasing organic traffic to our client's website. • You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy, managing a team of SEO specialists, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize their online presence. • Your primary objective will be to enhance their website's search rankings, expand their organic reach, and drive qualified traffic to increase website and app traffic to generate revenue.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven +5 years experience in a senior SEO role leading SEO processes, preferably within the travel industry, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and driving organic traffic growth. • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, align and inspire a team of SEO specialists. • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, content as well as link building strategies, SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and tools, with specific experience optimizing large-scale websites. • Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Google Analytics, or similar tools. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data, make data-driven decisions, and provide actionable insights for optimization. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple countries. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement. • Fluent in spoken and written English.
